Orbit Connect is a Shopify app that creates GST tax invoices for Indian stores and keeps the paperwork around them in step: credit notes, GST report data, e-invoicing through your own GSP account, delivery to customers and hand-off to accounting tools.
What it does
- Numbers a GST tax invoice for each order, with your own prefix and series.
- Works out GST on every line from your product, collection and Shopify tax settings.
- Issues credit notes against Shopify refunds, and creates offline bills and estimates.
- Prepares GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and IFF working data for your accountant to review.
- Sends invoices by email or WhatsApp, and gives customers a download link.
- Hands invoices to Odoo and Zoho Books, and exports vouchers for Tally.

What we care about
Three habits that show up in how the product works.
Accuracy first
An invoice number is permanent, so if the app cannot read Shopify's tax for an order it stops and retries instead of issuing an invoice at the wrong rate. GSTR-1 and IFF downloads are blocked while validation errors remain.
Boring reliability
Asking for the same order's invoice twice returns the existing invoice, not a second one. Background work retries on its own, and pending, retrying and failed jobs are visible in the app.
Plain pricing
Four plans from $4.99 a month, each including everything in the plan before it. The order figure on a plan is a guide, not a hard limit. See the plans.
Where we are today
Orbit Connect is a young product. There are no customer logos, counts or testimonials on this site because we have none to show yet, and we will not invent them. What we can offer is a precise description of what the app does and does not do: the features page names the limits next to the promises, and the security page says which data is encrypted and which is not.
