Order caps are a guide, not a hard limit
Each plan lists orders a month as a sizing guide. Nothing in Orbit Connect blocks you from creating invoices above your plan's cap today — pick the plan closest to your typical month, and change plans any time as you grow.
Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel during the trial you are not charged.
What do the plans cost?
There are four plans, billed monthly: Startup $4.99, Basic $14.99, Growth $39.99 and Advanced $49.90. Prices are shown in US dollars, and there is no annual pricing today.
Each plan includes everything in the plan before it, plus more. The pricing page lists exactly what is in each one.
What happens if I go over my plan's order limit?
Each plan is sized for a number of orders a month: Startup up to 100, Basic up to 300, Growth up to 1,200 and Advanced up to 5,000. Today that figure is a guide, not a hard limit. Nothing in the app stops you creating invoices once you pass it. Pick the plan that fits your usual monthly volume.
How does billing work, and can I cancel?
A plan is a monthly subscription for one Shopify store. Billing details, including how and when you are charged and any taxes that apply, are shown at checkout before you confirm.
You can cancel from your account, and cancelling during the free trial means you are not charged. What happens to charges and access after that is set out in the refund and cancellation policy.
